Article Icon 1Judge Blocks Abortion Pill Reversal Ban

U.S. District Court Judge Daniel D. Domenico last week permanently blocked Colorado from enforcing its ban on abortion pill reversal against a Catholic health clinic in Englewood.

Bella Health sued in 2023 to invalidate the law, arguing it infringed on its religious freedom. Domenico, a first-term President Trump appointee, granted a preliminary injunction to the clinic the same year.

In his Aug. 1 ruling, Domenico found that while the treatment’s efficacy “remains debatable,” it hasn’t injured anyone, concluding that Colorado “singled out” faith-based providers in its regulation of the practice.

Domenico emphasized the injunction applies only to Bella Health, not the law itself, meaning Colorado can still prohibit the treatment at other clinics.

Article Icon 1Missy Woods Case Delayed

A judge has delayed the case against former Colorado Bureau of Investigation analyst Yvonne “Missy” Woods, postponing her arraignment by nearly three months.

Woods, arrested in January, faces more than 100 felony charges related to allegedly mishandling DNA evidence over much of her career, impacting more than 1,000 cases. One murder conviction has already been vacated in the wake of the scandal.

In her court appearance Monday, Woods’ attorney requested the delay, citing the workload of nearly 50,000 pieces of evidence and information.

Prosecutors, acknowledging the case’s “exceptional circumstances,” did not object to the delay. The judge scheduled Woods’ arraignment for Oct. 27.

Article Icon 1SNAP to Exclude Soda, Energy Drinks

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has granted Colorado’s request to change the rules of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Gov. Polis announced Monday.

Starting in 2026, Coloradans can no longer use SNAP benefits to buy soda or other sugary beverages, though milk-based and 100% juice drinks will still be allowed. The USDA approved five other states to make similar changes.

Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. applauded the waivers, citing President Trump’s priority to “Make America Healthy Again” and encouraging other states to follow suit.

In Colorado, the waiver is part of a broader plan to encourage healthier eating, including pending requests to expand SNAP to restaurants, hot grocery food, and farmers markets.

From a Caltech Garage to a $1 Trillion Market

In 2016, some innovative Caltech robotics students set out to transform fast food. That first garage-built prototype became Miso Robotics.

Since then, Miso’s robots have worked 200K+ hours in live kitchens for brands like White Castle, frying over 4 million baskets of fries, chicken, and more. That traction convinced NVIDIA, Uber AI, and Amazon to help refine Miso’s AI and robots. As restaurants grapple with 144% employee turnover rates and $20/hour minimum wages, that’s a major edge.

It’s no wonder Miso’s first fully commercial robot, Flippy Fry Station, sold out of initial units in one week.

Now, Miso is going nationwide and scaling its U.S.-based manufacturing across a $4 billion/year revenue opportunity. As an investor, you can get up to 8% bonus stock.

Just don’t wait too long; Miso’s share price will change on Aug. 14.

“One of the Largest Industries Ever”

That’s what NVIDIA’s CEO said about robotics. And the numbers back it up. In Q4 2024, the sector raised more capital than in all of 2023.

So it’s a big deal that NVIDIA, Uber AI, and Amazon helped Miso Robotics perfect Flippy, its new fully commercial kitchen robot. No wonder initial units sold out in one week.

Miso already has 200K+ hours under its belt for brands like White Castle. With the $1 trillion fast-food industry facing 144% employee turnover rates, Flippy provides 24/7 labor and can boost profits by up to 3X.

Miso is scaling its US-based manufacturing to seize a $4 billion/year revenue opportunity. As an investor, you can get up to 8% bonus stock.

Just don’t wait too long – Miso’s share price changes on August 14.

This is a paid advertisement for Miso Robotics’ Regulation A offering. Please read the offering circular at invest.misorobotics.com. Under Regulation A+, a company can change its share price by up to 20% without requalifying the offering with the SEC.
