Question: In what Colorado city can you find a Taco Bell inside a remodeled 1930 home?
Answer: Fort Collins is home to one of the Mexican-inspired fast food chain’s more unusual outposts: the Mawson House, a single-story yellow brick house originally built in 1930.
In 1992, the franchise planned to demolish the house to make way for a new location. At the urging of the city, Taco Bell remodeled the home instead, preserving the structure, along with its picture window, oak front door, and fireplace, and turning its arched side windows into order and pickup stations.
