Answer: The Cameron Peak Fire began northwest of Rocky Mountain National Park on Aug. 13, 2020. By the time it was fully contained, the fire had burned 208,913 acres of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests, making it the largest in wildfire in state history.
