Article Icon 1Heat Wave Likely to Last

A powerful heat wave impacting much of the western U.S., including Colorado, is expected to last through at least next weekend.

Temperatures were forecast to climb to the mid-to-upper 90s in the Denver area today. Grand Junction, meanwhile, could see triple-digit highs through Tuesday.

Several cities have already broken or tied daily heat records, including Loveland and Greeley.

The hot, dry weather poses a challenge for crews battling wildfires, including the Aspen Acres Fire, which has now burned 98,100 acres in Pueblo and Custer counties.

Article Icon 1Threat Shuts Down Water World

Roughly 4,000 guests at Water World were evacuated from the amusement park Saturday afternoon so that police could investigate an unverified bomb threat.

A park staffer who answered the phone described the threatening message as “a robotic voice that said there was a bomb in the park.”

Three hours after the closure, Federal Heights PD announced nothing of concern was found during the search and no threat existed. The park reopened Sunday.

Several other threats were reported at amusement parks nationwide over the past week. Officials say it’s unclear if this incident is linked to the trend.

Article Icon 1Spiral Tower Plans Advance

A proposed 30-story observation tower in downtown Denver is now in the design and engineering process, bringing a concept that’s garnered widespread speculation closer to reality.

Concept plans for the 673-foot tower show a tall, twisting column dotted with circular pods, which would spiral around the structure, moving people to the top. See photos here.

Initial designs, released in July 2025, drew comparisons to everything from Lord of the Rings’ Eye of Sauron to an old-fashioned barber’s pole.

If built at its planned height, the tower would become the 4th-tallest building in Denver’s skyline.

The Nvidia of Energy

Nvidia’s valuation surged by 1,092% in just three years when it became the backbone of AI. But AI has a massive energy problem Nvidia can’t fix.

As AI data centers begin consuming more power than entire nations like Sweden or Argentina, Frontieras North America’s patented technology reforms coal into high-value commodities like hydrogen and diesel without burning it. It creates a technical carbon to replace coal that burns as clean as natural gas. Under a White House that favors energy production on our home soil, it could unlock up to $2.1 Trillion in energy potential.

The company fully subscribed its first Reg A+ round by $25M and reopened it due to increasing investor demand.

Here’s why you shouldn’t miss the chance to invest at $9.01/share

  • $30 million raised from 12,000+ investors

The Next $435B Energy Empire Is Being Minted

In today’s dollars, John D. Rockefeller would be worth $435 billion. But “oil money” is old news, and what’s next might surprise investors in 2026: a $2.1 Trillion opportunity in “clean” coal.

Now is the “Rockefeller” moment for Frontieras as they reform coal into hydrogen, diesel, and other valuable commodities (just like Rockefeller did with oil). And they just broke ground for their flagship coal reformation plant. With a White House that favors domestic energy and the NASDAQ ticker FASF reserved, Frontieras is positioned for potential valuation impact.

The company fully subscribed its first Reg A+ round by $25M. Now their offering has reopened at $9.01/share due to increasing investor demand.
