More than 100 illegal migrants were detained by federal agents early Sunday during a raid on an underground nightclub in Colorado Springs, according to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

Roughly 200 patrons were inside the club when 114 people were detained and transferred to federal immigration custody for “likely eventual deportation.” Video posted by the DEA shows agents smashing a window as dozens of people pour out of the building.

On X, U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi said the club was frequented by gang members, and that agents seized cocaine and methamphetamines during the raid. DEA officials also reported finding pink cocaine inside and said the club was allegedly a gathering spot for members of Tren de Aragua and MS-13.

Over 300 federal agents from multiple agencies executed the raid with local law enforcement. The DEA said further operations in the area could lead to additional arrests.

The Senate voted on Friday to override Gov. Jared Polis’ veto of Senate Bill 86, a bipartisan bill that would regulate how social media platforms respond to illegal activity.

The bill would require platforms to remove accounts found to be sexually exploiting minors or selling drugs or guns. It also includes provisions to increase transparency between the companies and law enforcement.

Polis, defending his veto of the bill, expressed concerns it would erode privacy and freedom of speech. Sponsors argue it’s necessary to protect children from online crime and exploitation.

The vote represents a rare challenge to Polis by the legislature, which hasn’t overridden a veto since 2011. The House will vote on whether to complete the override this week.

The 2025 NFL Draft wrapped up on Saturday after three days and 257 selections, and some of the highest-profile players came out of Colorado.

Travis Hunter, a Heisman winner and former Colorado Buffaloes player, went No. 2 overall to the Jacksonville Jaguars. He’s expected to contribute as both a wide receiver and a cornerback.

Shedeur Sanders slid into the fifth round, landing at No. 144 overall with the Cleveland Browns—a surprising fall for the former Buffs quarterback, who had been projected as a first- or second-round pick. See the full list of Colorado selections here.

Meanwhile, the Denver Broncos drafted seven players, headlined by Texas cornerback Jahdae Barron at No. 20 overall. They added key contributors on both sides of the ball, including running back RJ Harvey, wide receiver Pat Bryant, and edge rusher Sai’vion Jones.
