Three Days Left in 2025… And Three Reasons to Invest

No. 1: 2025 Matters

We’re entering the final three days of the year.

Our current investment round is closing next month, and once it’s closed, this opportunity will be gone. If you’ve been on the sidelines—thinking about investing, meaning to act, waiting for the “right moment”—2025 is that moment.

Three days left in 2025. One last chance to decide before the year turns.

No. 2: Bonus Shares Are Expiring

Right now, new investors receive:

  • +15% bonus shares
  • Even more for larger investments

These bonus shares are part of our end-of-year push—and they expire in just a few days. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

If you’ve been considering ownership, these are the most favorable terms we’re offering before this round closes.

No. 3: If Not You—Then Who?

There’s a quote often attributed to Edmund Burke:

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”

Legacy media isn’t failing by accident. It’s failing because too many celebrity “journalists” chase clicks, outrage, and push agendas instead of facts and common sense. And too many good people tuned out, assuming someone else would fix it.

The Flyover exists because we chose a different path:

  • Facts over spin
  • Reporting over celebrity status
  • Common sense over political agendas

But a better form of journalism doesn’t survive on good intentions alone. It survives because readers step forward—not just to read, but to build and own something better.

As 2025 comes to a close, this is a moment to act—not later, not next year, not when it’s easier.

If you believe Americans deserve a better way to consume the news…
If you believe truth still matters…
If you believe doing nothing is no longer an option…

Take action and make a difference—invest in The Flyover today

Three days left in 2025.
This round closes next month.
Now is the moment.

Article Icon 1Singler Extradited to Colorado

A Colorado Springs woman who allegedly killed two of her children and fled the country in December 2023 has been extradited from the United Kingdom to El Paso County.

Kimberlee Singler, 37, is accused of killing her daughter and son, ages 9 and 7, and attempting to kill her 11-year-old daughter on Dec. 19, 2023, before fleeing to London, where she was arrested days later.

A judge ruled in January 2025 that Singler could be extradited from London to the U.S. She appealed the decision, but a judge rejected her appeal in November.

Singler made her first appearance in Colorado court last Wednesday, when a judge ruled that she will be held without bond pending a preliminary hearing set for Jan. 7.

Article Icon 1Ski Patrol Strike Shuts Down Telluride

Telluride Ski Resort closed indefinitely Saturday due to an ongoing labor dispute with its ski patrollers.

The 78-member union voted almost unanimously to strike following months of stalled negotiations for better pay. It rejected Telluride’s final contract offer multiple times this month.

It’s unclear how long the closure will last. Resort officials say they’re working on a plan to reopen even if the strike continues.

Telluride Mayor Teddy Errico called the closure “unprecedented” and said he hopes for a swift resolution, citing the resort’s importance to the economy.

Article Icon 1Cold Arrives After Warm Christmas

Snow fell in the high country and temperatures dropped statewide early Sunday, just a few days after Denver experienced its warmest Christmas on record.

Winter Park received the most snowfall, reporting 12 inches, while the Front Range saw anywhere from a light dusting to a few inches. See a list here.

Together with a thaw-freeze cycle, the storm heightened avalanche risk in the mountains, as danger levels in some areas jumped from low to considerable.

While the snow tapered off Sunday, cold temperatures are expected to linger through today—with highs in the 30s and 40s—ahead of a midweek warming trend.
