Own The Flyover

We’re in the home stretch.

Our 12-day sprint to reach 2,000 Flyover investors ends in just four days, and we’re still 240 away from hitting that goal.
For two years, The Flyover has grown because readers like you did more than just open our emails. You believed in what we’re building: independent, trustworthy journalism that puts facts first and politics second.

When we launched The Flyover, America needed a new kind of news source—one that didn’t talk down to readers or push an agenda. What we didn’t expect was how many of you would step up and stand with us. Thousands have already joined as reader-owners.

Your support protects unbiased, common-sense journalism at a time when the country needs it most. Every new investor strengthens our ability to cut through the noise of misinformation, political spin, and partisan outrage.

We’re so close—but we can’t finish without you.

If The Flyover has earned your trust, if it’s become part of your morning routine or your sense of connection to something real, this is your moment to step in and help us cross the finish line.

Let’s show that readers—not corporations—can build something lasting, honest, and truly American.

Article Icon 1Voters Approve Most Lodging-Tax Hikes

Six of nine Colorado counties that sought lodging-tax hikes in this year’s election passed the measures, raising fees on visitors to popular tourist areas.

The elections followed a new law, House Bill 1247, which allowed counties—mostly in resort and destination areas—to ask voters to triple the tax to 6% and expanded the possible uses of the revenue.

Proponents argued that visitors increasingly strain county services and should help pay for them. Opponents, including business leaders, warned of potential impacts on the tourism industry.

The measures failed in Chaffee, Custer, and Lincoln counties. In Eagle County, a doubling of the 2% tax narrowly passed. Vail voters, also by a slim margin, rejected a town-specific hike meant to fund affordable housing.

Article Icon 1Summit FC Threatens to Move Stadium

Denver Summit FC, Colorado’s new professional women’s soccer team, may build its future stadium outside the city due to challenges with the city council process.

The team announced it’s pursuing a “parallel path” for the 14,500-seat stadium after the city council delayed a key vote to release $50 million in city funds for the project.

Council members said the plans lacked important details, including how the money would be allocated. The delay puts more pressure on the team to get approval this year so it can break ground in early 2026.

In a statement, Mayor Mike Johnston said the loss of the stadium would be devastating for fans and businesses and promised to work with both sides to keep Summit in Denver.

Article Icon 1Eldora Opens, Nederland Closes in on Deal

Eldora Mountain Resort opened for the 2025-2026 ski season Friday. The nearby town of Nederland, meanwhile, is moving forward with its plan to buy the resort.

Nederland first announced the deal with Eldora’s current owner, Utah-based POWDR, in July. A public memo revealed the price point is set between $115 and $120 million.

Nederland will buy the resort without using tax dollars, instead issuing municipal bonds repaid by resort revenue. Town ownership is expected to benefit the local economy, particularly in the wake of last month’s shopping center fire.

The town board will vote on financial documents related to the purchase today. A final approval vote is scheduled for Dec. 16.

When Timing Matters Most—Share Price Changes 11/20

In 1999, a $1,000 investment in tech could have turned into more than $2.5 million. The investors who caught that wave weren’t guessing—they were tracking traction before the headlines arrived. That same early-signal pattern is showing up again, and this time it’s emerging inside applied AI for performance marketing.

RAD Intel’s next share-price change hits on 11/20. The current window at $0.81 is narrow, and a growing number of investors are positioning early. The company has raised more than $50 million from over 10,000 investors, grown its valuation 4,900% in four years*, secured its NASDAQ ticker, and brought in institutional backing from Adobe, Fidelity Ventures, and operators across Google, Meta, YouTube, and Amazon.

The commercial traction underneath those numbers is the real story. RAD Intel is entering 2026 with 2× sales growth and recurring seven-figure partnerships already locked in. Fortune-level demand is accelerating as brands shift from experimental AI to performance AI—the part of the industry where results dictate spend and inefficiency is no longer tolerated.

Investors with experience know what this setup looks like: early adoption, accelerating revenue, and a platform entering its next growth phase.

Early still matters—and this is one of those moments.

The share-price change hits 11/20.
