After the first week, I want to update you and thank you.

We are truly humbled by the incredible response to our reader-owned investment opportunity.

In just one week:

  • Over $600,000 has already been raised
  • More than $1.26 million is currently in our investment funnel
  • 250,000+ shares have been sold

This has exceeded our expectations—and it’s proof that readers like you believe in building a new kind of news.  Thank you!

A quick reminder:

  • Our 10% bonus shares end after the first $1 million is raised.
  • Flyover readers get an additional 5% bonus shares on top of that.

Why does this matter? Because legacy media is failing. They’ve traded trust for clicks, personalities, and corporate agendas. We saw that vacuum—and we filled it. The Flyover exists to deliver fact-first, common-sense news for common-sense Americans, with no corporate boss to answer to. Our only boss is you, our readers.

And now, you can own it.

Shares are just $2 each with a minimum investment of $750. Rarely do readers have the opportunity to own the news they trust. We’d be honored to have you join us and help shape the future of The Flyover.

Article Icon 1Prison Evacuated as Lee Fire Tops 100K Acres

The Lee Fire in Rio Blanco County has grown to over 106,000 acres and is 6% contained as of Sunday, making it the sixth-largest wildfire in Colorado history.

High winds continue to push the blaze south. The Lee Fire’s activity is so extreme, officials said, it’s creating its own weather system, forming a pyrocumulus cloud, generating ground-level winds, and effectively feeding itself.

On Saturday, authorities began evacuating 179 inmates from the 97-acre, 24-building Rifle Correctional Center, marking the state’s first wildfire-related prison evacuation since 2013.

At least 11 other wildfires are burning across the Western Slope. See a map here.

Article Icon 1DA: Most Douglas County Criminals ‘Outsiders’

Most serious crime in Douglas County is committed by residents of other counties, 23rd Judicial District Attorney George Brauchler said in a press conference last week.

While touting a significant six-month drop in overall crime, Brauchler noted that a point-in-time snapshot of the county jail showed nearly 70% of inmates were non-residents. He also said that 30% of the people his office deals with are on probation or parole.

According to Community Justice Services data between June 2024 and May 2025, only 26.6% of those arrested in the county lived there, while 25% were from Denver and 19% from Aurora.

“We are being victimized by outsiders, and the system is failing to protect us from crime,” Brauchler said, calling on neighboring counties to share their own crime data.

Article Icon 1Rainbow Family Gathering Prompts Warning

Authorities in San Miguel County are warning residents to be vigilant as thousands of people descend on a remote area south of Norwood for the Rainbow Family Gathering.

The Rainbow Family of Living Light is a loosely organized counterculture group, first formed in Colorado in 1972. It’s known for large, informal gatherings on public land, many of which draw complaints and citations.

The last time the group was in the county, dispatchers received multiple reports of criminal activity, the sheriff’s office said. Authorities are particularly concerned about illegal camping, environmental strain, and wildfire risk under current fire restrictions.

The gathering could last up to a month. Authorities encourage residents to secure gates, equipment, and structures and to report any unlawful behavior.

One System Solving Three Crises at Once

What if your next investment could help fight climate change, end water scarcity, secure America’s renewable energy future, and bring upside to your portfolio? With Vero3, it can.

They developed a zero-waste system that cleanly produces lithium and water, and permanently stores carbon.

Backed by $25M+ in public funding and 18 years of research, they’re aiming to capture 3 million tons of carbon, produce 2.3 billion gallons of clean water, and supply 9,000 tons of lithium at some of the lowest costs in the industry.

Now, they’re scaling this breakthrough system across more than $300B in combined market opportunities. No wonder they’re targeting a Nasdaq listing by 2027

And you’re invited to share in Vero3’s growth as an early-stage investor today.

Wyoming’s on the Verge of Becoming A Lithium Powerhouse

America needs 5X more lithium by 2035, but no new mines have opened since 1967. Meanwhile, current extraction methods are slow, waste insane amounts of water, and emit loads of carbon.

So Vero3 devised a way to not only cleanly produce 9K tons of lithium, they’ll generate 2.3B gallons of clean water and permanently store 3M tons of carbon in the process—all from the same 12,000-acre Wyoming site.

This first-of-its-kind project is already backed by $25M in federal funding and projects $183M in annual revenue

It’s the kind of zero-waste, vertically integrated model legacy operators can’t match. Even better? Shares are now open to the public ahead of commercial trials and a targeted 2027 Nasdaq IPO.
